Introduction services, tailored to the financial sector.
Our experienced team possesses a deep understanding of customer needs. We introduce clients to both regulated financial institutions within the UAE and to international firms. Every partner institution is vetted before we make an introduction, and the relationship is fully disclosed from the outset.
What we are not permitted to do →Investing in the financial markets is a high-risk activity. CFDs and leveraged products are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Trading accounts
Sterling introduces clients to regulated financial institutions that offer access to global markets. We do not offer, execute, or hold any position in any of the instruments below. These are the markets available at the institutions we introduce clients to, subject to each institution's own product range and its own regulatory permissions.
Foreign exchange
Major, minor and exotic currency pairs available at partner institutions.
Metals & commodities
Gold, silver and energy markets, subject to each institution's own product range.
Indices & shares
Global equity indices and single-share instruments, where the institution offers them.
Swap-free options where the institution offers them.
Several institutions we introduce to operate swap-free account types. Certification and Sharia oversight are the institution's own, not Sterling's. We can tell you which institutions offer them. We cannot tell you whether one is right for you.
Trading and brokerage accounts are opened with and operated by [CONFIRM: legal entity], regulated by [CONFIRM: regulator] under licence [CONFIRM: number]. That entity is not licensed or regulated by the UAE Capital Market Authority. Your funds are held by it, outside the UAE.
Corporate FX and treasury
Your suppliers invoice in dollars. Your revenue is not.
For UAE importers, exporters, contractors and trading companies carrying currency exposure. We introduce your finance team to regulated institutions that handle corporate foreign exchange. We do not advise on whether or how to hedge, and we do not assess your exposure.
Trade exposure
Introductions to institutions handling multi-currency settlement and forward contracts.
Project currency risk
Introductions for firms whose contracts and costs sit in different currencies.
Corporate accounts
Introductions to regulated institutions offering corporate treasury facilities.
Introducing a corporate treasury is the same regulated activity as introducing an individual, and it sits inside the same Category 5 permission. What changes is the paperwork, and we stay with you through it.
Wealth and private banking
If your needs sit beyond a trading account, ask us.
Sterling already names Saxo Bank, a global investment bank and multi-asset institution, among the firms it introduces clients to. Some enquiries we receive are not about opening a trading account at all. If that is your situation, tell us what you are looking for and we will tell you honestly whether an introduction is something we are able to make.
We do not manage wealth, we do not advise on allocation, we do not hold assets, and we do not act as anyone's agent. We introduce, or we tell you we cannot.
The scope of any introduction is determined by our Category 5 permission and by each institution's own onboarding rules. We will confirm what is possible in your specific case before anything proceeds.
Introducing partners
Introduce alongside a 1989 licence.
Sterling has held a single, narrow, fully disclosed UAE permission since 1989. Advisors, relationship managers and referring professionals sometimes ask whether they can work alongside it rather than build their own. We are open to that conversation. Every such arrangement is set up individually, in writing, and within the boundaries of our Category 5 permission and of UAE law.
Transparent by design
Written terms, tracked introductions, and a named point of contact. Nothing informal, nothing verbal.
Our vetting applies
Any introduction made in connection with Sterling goes to an institution we have vetted and are prepared to name publicly.
Named institutions
Everyone knows which institution a client is being introduced to. The referring professional, and the client.
What we would ask of anyone working with us.
All materials are supplied by Sterling and used unmodified. No one writes their own copy about Sterling, about the institutions, or about the markets. No investment advice, no trading signals, no guaranteed returns, no incentive to trade, no bonus or cash inducement of any kind.
